Meet the Team



Kim, Front Office Manager

Our Front Office Manager Kim, has been with us since day one. She attended Ohio University and Ohio State University, and formerly held a Life and Health Insurance License for 10 years. After 15 years of working in banking and insurance, Kim decided it was time for a change. She decided it was time to overcome her lifelong fear of the dentist and go to work for one. It worked!

"I enjoy working with people and I think my own past fears have made me more compassionate with patients that come in and are obviously nervous. I want everyone that comes in to feel like family."

A resident of Westerville, Kim and her husband of 36 years, have 3 adult children and love traveling, home renovations and spending time with their 4 grandchildren.


Faith, Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Assistant

Faith came to us with a long history of serving others. After many years as a Nurse’s Aide, working with special needs adults and the elderly, she decided it was time for a change and she pursued a degree in Dental assisting. Her love for people made her transition to Patient Care Coordinator an easy one. She loves having the knowledge of running the front desk and then being able to help as a Dental Assistant when needed.

"I love helping people, especially those with special needs feel safe and comfortable. My brother has Down Syndrome and I am particularly compassionate about making sure they have the extra special attention they deserve. I want to make people feel comfortable and enjoy coming to the dentist."

Faith her husband just bought a new house with their fury baby Oliver and new puppy Nora! They enjoy doing DIY projects to their house, camping, hiking, and spending time in Canada whenever possible.


Megan, Front Desk Assistant

Megan, one of six children, grew up in the Cleveland area. During her employment, she has had several patient service positions. She took some time off after the birth of her youngest daughter and is now happy to be returning to work to be a part of our team at Clark Family Dental.

"I am so excited to be learning about the world of dentistry, and all the innovative ways dentistry has improved over the years. Dr. Chris and Beth have made me feel welcomed into their family."

Megan is married to a military veteran who served two tours for our country in Iraq. On her free time she loves to spend time with her husband, son, daughter and 2 dogs. She loves to redo her house, travel and spend time with family.


Kelsey, Insurance Coordinator

Our Insurance Coordinator, Kelsey, is a new addition to our team.

Kelsey just recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Communication. In her college days, she played basketball and volunteered at her local learning center summer camp, helping teach Children with Autism the basics of playing basketball.

Her current focus is spent insuring that all the documentation needed to get insurance claims processed is sent as promptly as possible, leaving less for our patients to worry about.

"After being a server for 5 years, it is a nice change of pace and environment to handle the necessary paperwork that goes along with insurance and to think logically about problems. Also, I have already become quite fond of the Doctors and of my fellow employees!"

Kelsey and her husband, Tyler, are residents of the Lancaster area. Together, they are movie enthusiasts, active boaters, and animal lovers. They have three fur babies: two cats Nala and Baxter, as well as a cuddly puppy named Zeus.


Whitney, Registered Dental Hygienist

For Dental Hygienist, Whitney, it’s all about education. Whitney attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She teaches patients about oral health, discussing their current status as well as potential disease risks, prevention, and daily at-home care. Whitney has been in the profession for 7 years and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.

Since the dentist office isn’t always a favorite place for everyone, Whitney loves the chance to make people feel comfortable and at-ease while in her chair. When not at work, Whitney likes to spend her time being active and spending time with her family. She resides in Westerville, OH with her husband and their cute baby boy.


Lisa, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lisa earned and Associated in Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene from Columbus State. She truly enjoys her job because she gets to meet new people, from all over the world, every day!

“This job is perfect for my like outside the office, which includes raising a family,” says Lisa. “I really enjoy the people I work with, and the hours and schedule are ideal for me.”

Formerly from McComb, OH, Lisa now lives in Pickerington with husband and 3 kids. When she’s not attending to patients and educating them about oral hygiene, Lisa enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family.


Lauren, Registered Dental Hygienist, EFDA

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and EFDA certification from The Ohio State University. She chose a career in dental hygiene to help make a difference in peoples’ lives. Lauren says, "I believe it’s the little things in life that can make the biggest difference, something as simple as a smile can go a long way and brighten someone’s day." Lauren is all about comfort and making every visit a positive experience for each of her patients.

Originally from Marietta, Ohio, Lauren now lives in Columbus with her husband Nathan. They are both actively involved with their church and volunteer with the children and youth groups. They love spending time with family and friends and taking their annual visit to Cedar Point.


Ashley, Registered Dental Hygienist, EFDA

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at The Ohio State University. There she earned her EFDA licensure to fill teeth, as well as to give local anesthesia. Ashley is proud to have received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award her senior year, and was also elected into the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Sigma Phi Alpha.

"I love meeting new people and making a difference in patients’ smiles. Dental hygiene is the perfect career for me because it gives me a chance to promote oral health, as well as establish relationships with patients."

Originally from Sylvania, Ohio, Ashley now lives in New Albany with her husband Paul, and her two cats, Art and Bart. Ashley loves painting, drawing, going on walks and spending time with family and friends.


Kelli, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Kelli started her dental career in high school at the Career Center then went on to complete her training at Sinclair College. She has an expanded function degree which qualifies her to do fillings. She also assists the dentist in various dental procedures, such as taking x-rays, impressions and charting. Her gentle nature makes patients feel more comfortable.

"I have a very strong passion for what I do and I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything different," says Kelli. "I love to see the transformation in a patient’s confidence when they get a new smile."

When Kelli is not providing care for patients she enjoys traveling, planning her summer wedding and spending lots of time with her 4 dogs.


Whitney, Certified Dental Assistant

Whitney graduated from Ohio Business College. She has always been interested in the dental world and with that interest decided continue her education and go into the dental field. She takes pride in providing excellent care to patients, assisting the dentist by taking x-rays, taking impressions, charting and completing tastes as needed.

“I love taking care of patients and making sure they feel comfortable,” Whitney said, adding that she enjoys the atmosphere of her workplace, where she gets to meet new people regularly.

Originally from Logan, Ohio, Whitney recently moved to Lancaster. Outside of work Whitney enjoys spending time being active outdoors with her friends and family.


Abby, Dental Assistant

Abby began her dental career shortly after high school graduation, upon completing her Dental Assisting program. She loves the opportunities that being a dental assistant provides, whether it is meeting new people or helping patients with their smiles. One of her career goals is to further her education in Dental Hygiene.

"I love the environment in this dental office. The patients are wonderful, the staff are like family and my interest in this profession keeps growing."

Abby lives in Lancaster. She really enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside, and traveling.
